Mr. Muninder Seeru - Managing Director
Mr. Muninder Seeru has over 39 years of experience in the Infrastructure and Real Estate business in India and is involved in the development of commercial/retail/hotel/multiplex and residential projects. He has expertise in complex deal structuring, private equity, funding and land acquisition and also has expertise in project execution, management and development management. He is also involved in Joint Development Agreement/Joint Venture Agreement, conceiving ideas for Real Estate development as well as overseeing developments with necessary financial closures involving local and international fund houses.
Mr. Ashwin Ramesh, received his Commerce and Law Degrees from the Bombay University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 25 years of experience of developing and investing in residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai through a series of family related companies and special purpose investment vehicles.

In conducting his investment activities, Mr. Ramesh has researched and tracked markets in numerous locations in the Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai localities with a wide range of price points and conditions, evaluated proposals, managed and addressed zoning, construction and planning issues, as well as title and encroachment issues, contour surveys, measurements, and boundaries. Mr. Ramesh has written several articles on Real Estate in newspapers and leading trade publications and journals such as Property Scape, IVCJ, and ICFAI analyst. He has spoken at various conferences including the Quantum (Boston 05), IVCJ (Mumbai 06) and IQPC (Singapore 06) conferences.

Mr. Venkata Subramaniam Iyer is MD and CIO of Quantum Advisors Private Limited and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Subramaniam is a CFA Charter Holder and a qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Along with his Bachelors' of Commerce degree, he also holds a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, India. Mr. Subramanian's experience includes extensive equity research, new IPO listing and IPO marketing, spanning across his previous work experiences which include tenures with Securities Capital (I) Ltd, an independent equity research firm, D. B. T. Kumar, a stock broking firm, Clarity Finance, an independent equity research house and investment advisor, and Karvy Consultants.
Mr. Sadanand G. Byakod - Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Byakod is a graduate in Civil Engineering and an accredited professional of Indian Green Building Council. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He has put in 33 years in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector and has successfully executed projects from concept to handover.
Mr. Byakod has acquired expertise in Precast Technology. He has also contributed substantially in Green Design & Initiatives and has an overall experience in successfully handling company wide operations including HR, Sales & Marketing, Statutory and Finance functions
Mr. Siddharth Ghanshyam Sheth - Director
Mr. Siddharth G. Sheth after graduating in business and politics from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, Siddharth did a brief stint at Ernst & Young in Singapore followed by working at the renowned Finance Institution, HDFC, in their Property Fund Division. He subsequently joined Indian Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and worked on the groups first business hotel in Bengaluru, namely Ista. Since joining G:corp, Siddharth has been responsible for charting out the group's strategy into shopping malls. He has also been involved in business development in Bengaluru, Pune and Mumbai.
Ms. Geetha Ganesh - Director
Ms. Geetha Ganesh carries 20 years of rich experience in the field of Accounts, Company Law, Indirect & Direct tax and Audit Matters with significant knowledge of Corporate Governance. She is associated with a reputed Chartered Accountants firm viz. M /s Ganesh & Co. (Chartered Accountants ) and is involved actively in their day to day activities since last 20 years. She has done her BSc (Hons) from Bengaluru University. She is also a director in Azuka Tech Solutions Private Limited.
Mr. Ketan Shah - Director
Mr. Ketan Shah is a Commerce and Law Graduate, and is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he also holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI University. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of finance, foreign investments in Real Estate sector, RBI rules, company law and legal matters.
Mr. Abhishek Ravindra Rao - Director
Mr. Abhishek R. Rao has done MBA in Finance with a Bachelor degree in Statistics. He has around a decade of experience in Real Estate and asset management and has specialized in various profiles involving financial modelling, land acquisition due diligence, JV / JD deals, capital structuring, and business development.
Mr. Senthil Kumar Sekaran - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mr. Senthil K. Sekaran is a Commerce Graduate, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He is a person who possesses significant knowledge, expertise and proficiency with over a decade experience in field of Accounts, finance, taxation matters and company law.

Ms. Arushi Garg joined the Company with effect from June, 2015. She is a Commerce Graduate and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She possesses sound knowledge of Company Law/ FEMA and Secretarial matters and has more than two years of experience in the field.
